Questions for Viewers of this Blog

Viewers of my blog, please answer the following questions:
  • Do you actually view my blog? I does not have to be on a regular basis, just look at my blog every so often at the least.
  • If you do, what can do to improve my blog? Give me suggestions.
Leave your answers in the comment section below. I just want to know what you think.
Here's the poem of the day.

Silence

The fear of silence is human nature
Stemming from thousands of years of evolution

Constant silence is a strange, alien way of life

The pain of isolation when the silence consumes you
The deafness that plagues you is a curse

Constant silence is deafening

You strain to hear
But the sounds are more quite than a whisper in your ear

Constant silence is sadness multiplied

A world that can be devoid of much love
A world that will never let you communicate as freely
As anyone else.

Another BIG Poem

Oops! I was inconsistent again. Ah well. Life is inconsistent. I don't know and am too lazy to count how many poems I need to make up, so I'll just do a big poem.

The Parallels, the Opposites, and the Small Wonders

There are people who are so like me sometimes that it's scary
But dig deeper
They are also my opposites
They think in different ways,
Have different fears,
Have different things that they like
Yet the more I know these people
The more I realize
That these different ways of thinking
These different fears
These different things that these people like
They are small miracles
Because we can be individuals
And learn to accept that we are different
And learn that differences
Are what make us special.

Hack Attack!

I'm beginning to become a web programmer. I've been studying Visual Basic 2005, and Java 2 shortly. I really would like to become a full-blown programmer for the web. I have so many ideas, but I just don't know where to start. Being my age, life is just beginning its long journey.

If

If only I could be less shy
If only I could talk a bit more to you
If only I could smile often enough
If only I could tell you the truth.

Continue

Challenges of your strength lie ahead
Continue
Misfortunes will befall you
Continue
The two will become one
Discontinue
The two will haunt you
Continue?

Define Perfect

I look at the IQ test
I'm only eight or nine at the time
Circles with intersecting triangles
(With two lines going through the triangle)
Different versions of each shape in each picture
In gray, black or white
No instructions
Except to choose
A
B
Or C
What kind of perfect
Were these people looking for?

Epic Fail

Oops! I tripped.
Epic Fail.
Oops! I got ketchup on my folder!
Epic Fail.
Oops! I broke your heart!
Epic Fail.

Incosistency= BAD IDEA

Oops... I've forgotten to do a poem for I don't know how many days. :( Anyway, to make up for it I'm going to do a BIG poem. If there are ANY readers out there, PLEASE comment! It would be nice.

Life In Nowhere

As I look outside at the golden fields
That stretch for eternity
I think of the golden grass
That stretched out like the sea

The emerald river twisted like a snake
Yet I knew every twist and turn
The fish never nibbled at the bait
I'd be out there until I got a sunburn

Wally's pancakes? Around the corner?
Best place for breakfast in town
But now that place is an abandoned lot
Weeds shootin' up from the ground

The Mexican restaurant, just down the street
Served the best enchiladas people could afford
But now that place is a sad little building
The windows all blocked by boards

The levee is still holdin' up
The center of our lives
It once was, but it is no more
The slopes where we surfed and dived

The post office is now the only business in town really,
Besides some biker bar
The old home that I loved so dearly
Now seems much too far.
